You can use this feature to put your device to sleep after a certain period, so you don’t need to turn off your Apple TV manually. How to Enable Sleep Mode on Apple TV Using Control Center
1. Grab the Siri Remote and hold the Home button for 2-3 seconds. If you have a third-generation Apple TV or an earlier model, navigate to the main page and hold the Play/Pause button for 5 seconds.
2. The Control Center menu will appear on the Apple TV screen. If it doesn’t appear, press the Home button once, wait for a while, and hold the Home button for 3 seconds.

How to Enable Sleep Timer on Apple TV Using Settings
1. Power on your Apple TV and navigate to the Apple TV home screen.
2. Open the Settings app on your Apple TV and choose the General option from the settings.

3. Scroll through the General section and select the Sleep After option.
4. It will display a drop-down containing options such as Never, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 5 hours, and 10 hours.
